At Diwakars unicorn, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we have established a transparent and hassle-free return and refund policy to address your concerns.

• There’s no refund/return policy on our website. Incase you have received damaged/wrong or any missing product, we will initiate a refund or send you a new product.
• Need to inform us within 2 Days after delivery.

• Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or Exchange

• To claim the above condition, proper unboxing video of the package is Mandatory from the start to the end without any cut or edits.
• Clearly state the reason for the return with Video and Images.
